This Cote de Madame is 100% Viognier and comes from our Apalta Vineyard in the Apalta DO. It will easily age for another 10 to 15 years.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Bright yellow with light golden green hues.

NOSE: Aromatic and expressive with subtle notes of fresh stone fruit, citrus and subtle spices.

PALATE: Fresh and lean palate, with lively acidity and well constructed texture.
