Nose: Intense and complex nose with floral aromas such as violets, spices notes of liquorice and bitter chocolate leading towards a ripe red fruit expression of blackberries and plums.
Palate: Rich and persistent with a fruity attack and round tannins along flavours of nutmeg and ripe blackberry.
Service and food pairing: Serve between 16° to 18°C (60° to 64°F). Ideal companion for a bacon wrapped fillet over grilled vegetables. Goat with honey demi glass and polenta.
