Colour: Crystal clear.

Nose: Subtle aromas of lemon grass, tangerine rind, white fruit such as green apple and pear.

Palate: Velvety texture, herbal hints and floral notes such as jasmine and some spicy notes in the aftertaste.

Service: Drink it neat, on the rocks, as part of a cocktail like Pisco Sour, or in a cocktail replacing vodka or gin.
